The Eugene/Springfield Food Skills Network is a place where the craft and practice of food professionals are honored. Open to dishwashers and chefs, farm workers, production staff, front of house, drivers, ops, and the next generation of talented young folk who want to put their skills to use in the South Willamette Valley's vibrant food scene. From farm to production facility to the world, or to the local restaurant table or the table at home, we're defining the future of what it means to produce food in community.
